1. He should be

Court martialed and knocked back to private

2. After Jan 6, Flynn's brother, who was involved in not sending Nat Guard to the Capito, got promoted.

The DOD is chockablock with fascist traitors.

3. He would have had to have been reviewed by a promotion board

And recommended to the President. The President then approved the promotion and sent it to the Senate for confirmation.

This would have happened three times, once for each flag rank.

I don't see how holding up some poor PFC's promotion would address the process.
