ALL military promotions should be put on hold

until we find out just how in the fuck Mike Flynn got promoted to 3-star General

And recommended to the President. The President then approved the promotion and sent it to the Senate for confirmation.

This would have happened three times, once for each flag rank.

I don't see how holding up some poor PFC's promotion would address the process.
