This was after tRump lunged at the wheel, Engel grabbed his arm, and tRump reportedly lunged toward him with the other arm, Engel gesturing later to his clavicles.

I enjoyed learning that it was tRump who made the mistake of "getting in that car." And having his plotting foiled by those there to protect him. He was needed at the Capitol complex, would have been especially helpful to those working to build at case against him.

Don't recall who it was.

But they said that if he had gone to the Capitol, his coup might have succeeded.

we know members of congress were sheltering in them, the state EC votes to be certified were there, etc.
It always seemed clear they didn't have adequate leadership on the scene, didn't move fast enough, "1776ers" were wandering around taking selfies and stealing souvenirs.

Guessing maybe most important, willing traitors inside government surveyed the field and turned and galloped for the hills. What if they hadn't?

And now we we learn tRump felt he needed to be there as leader of the insurrection. And might have been...

Hell yes he should be arrested. Assaulting his SS person can be on the list of charges.
