What is going on with the whole Geatz underage case thing?

At one point everyone expected Gaetz to get Perp walked any day now nothing about his getting arrested for the paying for sex/underage person.

1. The key witness against Gaetz, Greenberg, has had his sentencing delayed

At the request of the DOJ because he continues to provide valuable evidence.

Why shut off the tap of evidence that could increase the odds of a Gaetz conviction if your chief witness is eager to provide more evidence in the hopes his sentence will be reduced?

No matter how many months or years. It will be "he still has more story to give and we want an airtight case".

6. A guy telling a story does not get a conviction...

It all has to be verified and cooperating evidence needs to be vetted as well. An admitted pedos word will not win a case.
