At the Democratic National Convention in 2012, then Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm gave this speech where she used the quote. Not only did the speech knock me out but I wasn't aware of this terrific politician.

President Biden nominated her to be his Secretary of Energy where she is cleaning up the mess left by her predecessor, Rick Perry. She was born in Canada so she can never run for president unfortunately but she's awesome.
