Bullshit. I don't see how any of this can be constitutional. A company can give its employees medical benefits.

This a story about when states fuck with corporations and lose said corporation and their tax base to another state. Then the best and brightest all move to another state that doesn't hate it's own citizens. Moronic libertarian billionaires will likely still move there, but they'll have to employ prison labor to make their products. Trust me, Amazon is looking into this as we speak as they find it more and more difficult to find workers.

especially given that Kavanaugh is already on record as of like a week ago that something like this directly breaks the whole interstate travel part of the 14th Amendment. This would be dead in the water & he knows it.
