16 years ago she admitted she sent an envelope of white powder to the new york times, this was during the anthrax mailing scare.

Today would be about the time she would have gotten out of prison, that is, if it were you or I. But, because she was a repub, not even a slap on the wrist.

Seems she said she had sent some powder that had been received by the NYT a few days earlier back in 2006 during an interview with Womens Wear Daily... I can't find the actual interview but nobody took it seriously, simply Coulter being Coulter.

this story always stuck with me. The way nothing was made of it. People officials were absolutely terrified during the anthrax mail scare. I couldn't believe she wasn't charged with something for this.
