Garland can give Cipollone immunity in order to compel him to testify in front of a grand jury.

This is investigation is nothing like the impeachment trials or the mueller investigation. People are going to subpoenaed to appear in front of grand juries. They can answer questions or take the 5th over and over again, which is not good. More than likely some people are going to be given immunity. They will tell all to a grand jury.

A lot of people are going to be indicted, it's going to snowball.

I suppose it is possible that Pat Cipollone may have already received immunity and is MLAA Jun 2022 #1
I'm not sure there is any need or desire on Garlands part for that... Ohio Joe Jun 2022 #2

Those highest lieutenants should be prosecuted, not immunized. I'd rather the entire inner circle/ RockRaven Jun 2022 #4

I think Garland believes in Justice... And part of that is people paying at least somewhat for their crimes. The noose is tightening around several people, Meadows, Cipollone included... Others will be allowed to cut deals (not immunity but cooperation agreements for lesser sentences) and they will give Garland both Meadows and Cipollone... That is in process (don't forget, we know all of Pence's aides have also testified and we have not heard anything from that yet) and we'll know more when the seditious conspirators that are cooperating get sentenced. I think Meadows and Cipollone will be offered a chance to not die in prison but they will have to give up the next fish above them... And there is only one guy there

cabal get their comeuppance at the expense of getting TFG than the reverse. The way to prevent the next coup is to make all of the enablers pay a price for aiding the psycho at the top. And preventing the next coup is more important than seeing TFG in a prison cell.

Those are people you should give immunity to in order to nail all the traitors.
