The time for this was 2016, it was the last hope we had and we failed. We failed to convince enough people to vote for the most qualified person to ever run for the office against the least.
We could go back further to 2000, when our guy actually did win but was denied the office and we just let it go.

(14,958 posts)included expanding SCOTUS, he would sign it. So get that bill onto his desk. In order to do that, we need more Dems in both houses (because not every single one in either house will vote yes, but most will).
