Why did everyone wait until after January 6th to ask for a pardon?

Was it only then that they saw that the coup had failed?

And they wanted a pardon to clear them of everything they had done up to that point?

But when Pence ordered the National Guard to restore order to the Capitol, and after Trump had told all his supporters to go home in peace and that they were loved., it was then they realized it was over.

John Eastman, Trump's attorney, asked to be put on the "pardon list", if it was not too late.

After January 6th, the reality had set in. Their quixotic overthrow of the US Government had failed.

Trump promised his followers that he would go down to the Capitol with them, in his speech at the Ellipse. He knew that the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers were armed. And he did not expect the National Guard to be there. He had ordered them to stand down.

Steve Bannon, Roger Stone, and Rudy Guiliani were leading the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers from the Willard Hotel. They were to be Trump's Praetorian Guard as he marched into the Capitol to declare himself President for life for America. As much as he wanted to be there, something happened to interfere with his arrival. Reportedly, his Secret Service detail refused to go along with his request and he was "irate" about it.

But he still believed he could make it back to the White House. His Cabinet and many of his followers deserted him and he was left alone with his madness. However, he had made them believe what he believed.

Many more shocking details are left to uncover.

Meadows is the key. DOJ needs to put him before a grand jury. meadows can connect the people at the war room of the Willard Hotel, Eastman, Rudy, Flynn, Bannon, Stone, with the Militia gangs with the White House.

The fake elector scheme goes through the states, Eastman, Clark, and numerous others.

Is he that cunning that trump knew if he didn’t pardon anybody, all of them would go under and not him. Cuz it’s working so far.

The abuse of a unsatisfied narcissist isn't strategic, just vengeful. They failed him, so he punishes them.

He may have been smart enough to realize that pardons would immunize everyone but him.

..they were admitting their guilt and they could talk.

The only way Trump could assure they stuck with him was if he did not give out any pardons.

That is why Meadows and a few others were left high and dry. He had them just where he wanted them.

Name five supreme court justices you believe would agree with that. Because that is exactly what you have to do.

Anyone who tells you that it is or is not constitutional is sharing an opinion.

What is constitutional is determined by whatever gets five votes.

I believe that a pardoned person cannot take the fifth (except a fifth of Johnnie Walker)

And they all expected field appointments, ribbons and medals. Denial rules their lives so they never calculated the downside. High on their lie.

I believe that the committee and DOJ are focusing on the most actionable items, both politically and legally, because this story is LITERALLY as long and twisted as a Russian novel.

Gaetz started asking for a pardon in early December according to Hutchinson. The kicker was that he asked that it be "from the beginning of time up until today, for any and all things." Hmm. What else besides sedition could have Matty so worried?
