5. Georgia can extradite Trump from Florida.

It usually takes about 90 days to process a Governor's Warrant. If Trump fights extradition it will take longer, and he will not receive credit for the time served in Florida awaiting extradition. If he waives extradition he can be transported back to GA much quicker and he will be entitled to credit for all time served since his arrest.

to proceed with criminal charges. Why have he had to endure his continued public criminal behavior, when any other citizen would have been charged and arrested for less.
