Sneak preview of the future based on the Supreme Court State's rights direction.

State legislators: We have to fudge the numbers because we can't win with an honest election.

Voters to the Supreme Court: They are intentionally committing election fraud!

Supreme Court: It's up to the voters to elect their representatives.

With SCOTUS help the states just make felonies of behaviors like aiding an abortion, using contraception, sodomy, etc. Then convict all their opposition of these crimes and take away their voting rights. No need to fudge the numbers if only your party is allowed to vote.
