Activist Judges

Remember when the Right was crying all.the.time about so-called "Activist Judges" on the Left?

If *ever* there was a time to adopt their strategy of ALWAYS using a single, simple, derogatory descriptive, it is now.

EVERY time we discuss those ACTIVIST JUDGES on the SCOTUS, we must call them ACTIVIST JUDGES.

Every time! This is how they win the messaging war.

It's so simple!

It's a projection and smokescreen all in one. This "court" is unabashedly overturning the last 100 years. Stare decisis means NOTHING. This is pure conservative activism.
