Why not leave it up to chance? Expand the SCOTUS with a bingo cage

Every Senator puts forth two unique names.

With 48+2 Democrats and 50 Republicans, there is really an equal chance that a party will have their nominee picked.

Joe Biden will be one to roll the bingo cage, he can nominate the name he pulls out.

Up or down vote, if voted down, this will keep happening until we get 13 justices on the SCOTUS.

Everybody wins here, especially the victims of the current politicized supreme court.

Well it's better than letting the Federalist Society and Heritage Foundation handpick SCOTUS. Takket Jul 2022 #2
It needs to be expanded, but the right would get votes about how we're manipulating the justice Karadeniz Jul 2022 #3
