Jan. 6 committee eyes pal of Trump's chief of staff Mark Meadows who pressured Cassidy Hutchinson

The Jan. 6 committee apparently suspects that the Trump loyalist who sought to pressure bombshell witness Cassidy Hutchinson into keeping quiet was not only acting as an intermediary for White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows.

The panel reportedly wants to interview the unnamed “associate” of Meadows as a “fact witness” to what the former President Trump and his chief of staff were doing and thinking on Jan. 6.

The revelation, first reported by The Guardian, suggests the committee believes the Meadows pal was also trying to protect him or herself when the person warned Hutchinson to remain “loyal” to her ex-bosses.

“(Meadows) let me know you have your deposition tomorrow. He wants me to let you know that he’s thinking about you. He knows you’re loyal, and you’re going to do the right thing when you go in for your deposition,” read the message to Hutchinson.

So... Some thoughts about this...

Meadows is fucking desperate... Seriously desperate. We don't know yet who delivered this message and we don't know anything yet about the phone call intimidation but whomever Meadows got to deliver the written one is really fucking stupid... And by extension, so is Meadows for getting a moron to deliver his message. First, the idiot used Meadows name... In writing... And stated the message was from Meadows... What a dope. Then there is the wording, mentioning 'loyalty' and 'do the right thing'... Sheesh, the only way to make it more obvious would be to use 'or else'.

The committee knows who this dope is and he will flip on Meadows. There is no way Meadows could get the person enough money (untraceable) to keep their mouth shut. He'll be offered a few years by the DOJ to give poor old Mark up... And this is good news... Very good news. Meadows should have come to the conclusion before now that he was fucked but... Did not. Now he is going to know it for certain and be faced with either dying in jail or giving up the orange cheeto for a chance at making it out alive.

In my opinion, security chief Tony Ornato seems to be a likely suspect and he undoubtedly wanted her to keep quiet about Trump's temper tantrums including in the SUV as well as his and their failure to deal with security problems caused by armed members of crowd going to Capitol because they wanted the insurrection to happen .
