Can Georgia police stop me at ATL if I am flying to Las Vegas?

Casino gambling is illegal in Georgia but legal on the Vegas Strip. Have police ever pulled anyone off of a plane because they might gamble in Vegas or smoke weed in Denver? I once flew to Amsterdam to smoke weed and flew back home with a tshirt boasting of my visit and drug use.

I presume that you're referencing trying to keep women from going to other states for abortions. Kavanaugh already weighed in on the topic in the Roe decision and said that it would violate the right to interstate travel.

The Constitution is very clear on the subject. The GOP knows that it isn't going to fly. That's why they're trying to find workarounds like penalizing employers. That won't work, either.

Everyone knows getting pregnant is a much more serious crime than drugs and gambling.

There'd be zero jurisdiction to do that just on the fact you are traveling to Vegas. Otherwise, they could pull everyone off the plane.

It's not like you're gambling in Georgia. You're gambling in Nevada.

That just seems like a silly question, no offense.

Didn't think that states could detain and prosecute for going where something is legal and I tried to make the point asking about similar situations.

as you can't transport across state lines. But their annoying attitudes aside, as long as you've got nothing illegal in your car, they can't do squat. Ditto questioning out-of-state activities when you move through airports.

There was a LA state law prohibiting online gaming, and the site was not blocking LA based players. They tried to pull him off the plane at a layover. They almost got him, and didn't partly because of the personal intervention of the governor of New York.
