When, not if, the SC decides the way they will on the NC elections case, can anyone

tell me the country isn't finished at that point?

Anybody?

If that result is unthinkable, tell me what can be done to prevent it? Nothing, right? Even if Prez Biden wanted to increase the court and he doesnt we dont have the votes with those two asshole senators.

Right?

Tell me why we arent finished, seriously.

SURELY we all understand ALL red states will do a version of what I have predicted for a long time now, simply not certify any election they lose including electoral votes for prez, right? SURELY we understand that is coming, right?

So SOMEONE TELL ME what to do and WHY arent we DOING IT?

Some rightwing group like the Federalist Society would challenge it - there would be an injunction until the Supreme Court decided, and they would eventually rule that it was unconstitutional because they can.

However, there would be no need to make the law unreviewable because no one would have any standing to sue for increasing the size of the Court. There would be no harm to anyone.

You don't get to vote it away, or send 10 bucks to the DNC it away, or march in the street it away.

You confront fascism, or surrender to it.
