I recently watched the episode where Klinger implores a general to let him out of the military, saying look at me, I'm wearing a dress - the general dismisses him replying, "I didn't let my son out for wearing a dress, why would I let you out?"

and a Republican asshole. I know some of us don't make the distinction, but some do. I'm thinking that if Jamie and Alan are still friends, he must be an okay guy overall, in spite of some of his political leanings.

It was a cute message, and given all of the depressing threads these days it seemed like a nice little smile to share.
