If the next Supreme Court term begins in October could a decision in favor of the independent state legislature theory come soon enough to affect the 2022 midterm election outcomes?

(8,646 posts)they have to hear the cases, etc.. and then release decisions at end of term which will be june 2023.
Now I can breathe. And even get out of bed!

(4,345 posts)Ds in Congress have we heard any other Ds telling the Rs "No." Waiting till mid-terms is an excuse. It's never too early or too late to do the right thing.
