If the SC isnt increased before the NC case, America is over.

We KNOW what the justices will do and we KNOW what the ramifications are.

But I think NOTHING is being done to stop it.

MAYBE because they cant increase the court without removing the filibuster, but I also think our President is against it.

Too bad, cuz we are DONE otherwise.

Maybe we can make it come back to bite them if SCOTUS empowers legislatures- we can gerrymander the hell out of our states.

...by increasing our majority in the Senate, abolishing or even simply modifying the filibuster, and passing laws to expand the court.

And the likelihood of that happening? Pretty close to zero, I'm afraid.

When Wendy Davis calls, I just ask, “whatcha running for this time, Wendy?” But I like her. She doesn't give up, so I don’t give up on her.

Rubio is despised here. But not as much as our governor. You don't hear anything good about them. I take that as a positive.

If only we had ratified the ERA when we were only 2 states to go... that, imo, was the beginning of the end

That was the legitimization and ratification of “dirty tricks” as a valid campaign tactic.

Carter may have been the most morally decent president we've ever had.
