This is how three of these Supreme Court Justices got there:

One appointment was stolen from Obama.
Another vacancy occurred after Trump worked to entice a sitting Justice to leave.
Trump rushed third appointment onto Supreme Court exactly eight days before 2020 election he lost.

If that is ever proven, Trump and Kennedy could be in serious legal trouble. Kavanaugh couldn't (since he likely didn't know), but could he be removed?

There are extra legal means and I'm sure they are worried about that.

On the other hand, most liberals and democrats seem to be institutionalists at this point. So extra legal means would be abhorrent to most of us.

OT, I'm fascinated at the massive reduction of left wing violence since the 1970's. Was much of that due to funding by the Soviet Union, it's clear that they're willing and able to do that now and Putin was a KGB officer. I'm sure he knows how cheap you can buy Americans.

He wasn't very old, and appeared healthy, but left not that long before the November 2018 election - when there was a chance Moscow Mitch could lose his stranglehold on the Senate. Just the time to shoehorn in another Federalist pick for a lifetime appointment. I wonder what Trump had on him or his son.

It was a corrupt move that was an early indication of the new republican. With the police corrupted and the military becoming so, we need to do more than vote.

A number of people have relatives who work at Deutsche Bank, or other financial institutions, but you don't see them abruptly resigning. I'd like to know more about the relationship between Donnie and Kennedy Jr. - and the bank in general - and whether there was pressure put on the justice to leave when he did - and what Donnie and his minions (or Putin and his ilk) have on him or his son that let them apply that leverage.

C'mon, Garland - if you're busy ask Janet Yellen to lend you some of her staff (doesn't Treasury oversee banking matters?)

he was going to lose. Nah....that's not possible, because he still doesn't think he lost, right?

Or does he know he lost and is just trying to destroy the country because he can manipulate his cult's emotions with a flip of his forked tongue?

Or does he just crave being the center of all attention, every minute of every day? 🤔

You decide.

Several committed obvious perjury to get approval from the Senate.

If Congress was functional, we'd be able to impeach and remove them.

They don't care how they get it, then once won they change the rules like with Wisconsin gov so no one else can win or have power.

We have to be like Fetterman in PA and be tough throw their garbage in their face constantly and before they even think about it.

The problem is they have the supreme court now and unless we add more justices which Joe says he won't do, we are pretty done for, it will only get worse.

I feel the most sorry for the young.

It is also important to remember that Chief Justice John Roberts, Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and Justice Amy Coney Barrett worked on the legal team of George W. Bush in the Florida recount battle of 2000. Were they promised rewards?
