Adam Kinzinger/Twitter: "They're all scared. They should be."

1) When your friends say this committee isn’t fair, maybe remind them that those testifying are all republicans, appointed by trump. That Kevin McCarthy got a fair deal in a split commission, but then took his ball and went home. When the committee was then formed…
2) Kevin pulled his remaining three members after two, who foamented the insurrection, were not allowed to stay on. @GOPLeader COULD have then added two more, but Trump told him to pull his members…
3) he thought this “brilliant move” would pull the plug on the committee. But it didn’t. Cheney and I got on. This BIPARTISAN committee has been able to find out things that up until recently were denied by the Jan 6th truthers…
4) so they are left with trying to discredit a young woman with more courage than they could muster in a lifetime. Except… that isn’t working. Cassidy doesn’t seek the limelight, but she is compelled with honor. She didn’t even have to swear an oath to the constitution…
5) like Kevin, Elise, Kristi Noem and others did. But she volunteered to come under oath to tell what she knows. She is a better person than them all.

They’re all scared. They should be.

want shithole gone alongwith his immediate comrades. The Rinos are still evil but got what they wanted, total control over the US SC, and control of many of the red states. Their goal is to change the Constitution to their own ideology. I forget the number of governors that can request a constitutional convention to change the Constitution.

The republican party have instilled voting suppression laws and gerrymandering and now US SC may approve of a gawd forsaken ruling from NC.

to carry out their wishes, whether they were still alive, or not.

One of them is dead. However, we are now witnessing what happens when their eggs begin to hatch.

We were terrified then about what could happen if their plans worked. Well...now we are seeing it as we live and breathe.

If anyone can prove me wrong, please do so.

I worked in Wichita's aircraft industry for 40 years, the Koch's home town, they ran the city, county, & State
government with their money. With all the good paying Union jobs around Wichita, one would think it
would be a strong Democratic area, but was no match for their money and underhanded ways.

So yes, "their eggs begin to hatch." all across this country with all the groups they have started with
patriotic sounding names wrapped in American flags, if honest they'd be wrapped in a Fascist flag.

I haven't seen a list of their groups/organizations of late, but I would imagine it is large and encompasses every corner of this country.

But, then...look at the influence Hitler had/has on this country even today. Too many Americans tend to fall for conspiracies and question the truth.

Today, operatives funded by the Koch donor network operate through dozens upon dozens of organizations
(hundreds, if you count the state and international groups), creating the impression that they are unconnected
when they are really working together.

Names of the most important Koch-funded, Buchanan-savvy organizations each with its own assignment

1) Federalist Society (Koch brothers supreme court nominating committee)

2) Americans for Prosperity Foundation (for wealthy people only)

3) The Cato Institute

4) The Heritage Foundation

5) The American Legislative Exchange Council (Here's where they reward Rs for during as they are told)

6) The Mercatus Center

7) Americans for Tax Reform (probably where trickle-down started)

8) Concerned Veterans of America (need us veterans in their camp)

9) The Leadership Institute

10) Generation Opportunity

11) The Institute for Justice (for billionaires only)

12) The Independent Institute

13) The Club for Growth (for their bank account)

14) The Donors Trust (bet this isn't for body parts)

15) Freedom Partners

16) Judicial Watch (keep an eye on Liberal Judges?)

And this gem from Wikipedia...

"Koch network" was founded by Charles and David Koch and is made up of "several hundred" (another estimate is
about 500) donors who pay a minimum of $100,000 each year, and work to influence American life in a conservative
direction. The network has been called "one of the nation's most influential political forces", "a shadow political party,
complete with its own field offices and national voter database". In the two years up to 2018 it is estimated to have
spent $400 million on "policy and politics", and "millions more on educational and philanthropic initiatives". The network
meets twice a year at invitation-only summits, where a seminar is held promoting the political views of the brothers.
Although the network is said to have "secretive ranks", it is suspected that members include the founders of many
large firms — "everything from Citadel to Franzia wine".

Past meetings have featured speakers including Supreme Court Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas;

IMO The United States would be a lot different today if the Kochs had chosen to be Democrats.

But it takes 2/3 of the state legislatures (34 of 50 states) to call a constitutional convention. Any proposed amendments would then have to be ratified by 3/5 (i.e., 38 of 50) states.

will not be issued. Garland has done very little publicly since 2021 - and for the patient - Roe was just overturned, minority votes are being suppressed in red states, cops are still killing unarmed black men, and the republicans are pretty much traitors and a party of loonie criminals.

People don't take the fifth unless they have something to hide; they don't claim 'privilege' unless they have something to hide; they don't defy Congressional subpoenas unless they have something to hide. And 'they' now know, the day of reckoning is coming. Sooner, rather than later, they will be subpoenaed and will have to either admit their guilt or perjure themselves.
