Mark Meadows. Very interesting. Mark Meadows was a big part of Trumps infamous phone call and he was not subpoenaed? To me it looks like Meadows is a big target in both the Georgia and DOJ investigations.

17. Almost certainly it's because of testimonial immunity...

As chief of staff, he would be able to pretty much decline and there would be little recourse. This is why DOJ did not prosecute for him not fully cooperating with the J6 committee.

They could subpoena and then go after him for not cooperating but it would waste a year in courts only for it to get to the Supreme Court and the testimonial immunity being upheld.

He'll need to be hit with a crime involving tfg in order to get the testimonial immunity voided and refusing to testify based on testimonial immunity is not a crime.

He does not have to testify about what he and tfg discussed unless he is charged with that crime. So until then, he can ignore subpoenas and is protected by testimonial immunity.
