where the ads appear and block a portion of the screen and do not move as you scroll. I'm on my laptop, btw, so perhaps your situation is exacerbated by being on the smaller screen. This happens on occasion, then will stop and not occur again for some time. It hasn't happened again since I signed on a little while ago.
