7. It's mostly fund-raising and attention-getting.

He's not so much holding rallies as he is parasitizing his toadies' campaign rallies. He's there to steal all the attention, and to tease a future presidential run so he can grift more money from these suckers. I don't think he's in on the violence-planning, but I'm sure he'll give it subtle encouragement every chance he gets.

But those rallies are riling up the stupid people who support him. Looking at those people they could easily be defeated. Most of them couldn’t even walk any long distances because of their obesity and health problems.
