I sincerely hope you never know another peaceful day for the rest of your lives.
I hope you never again experience a quiet moment in your own home, but are forced to listen to the angry voices of the people you have betrayed.
I hope you live in fear of being publicly humiliated every time you attempt to enjoy a night out at a restaurant, a social event, a gathering of friends - and still it will not come close to the fear millions of women are now forced to live with every day.
I hope you are shamed in front of your own children, when you have to explain to them why you are so hated and reviled, and why they now have to live in fear of the constant din outside their own home because of your actions.
I hope your own children grow up to despise you, when they are mature enough to understand your failure - not just as a "justice", but as a human being.
I hope you never know what it's like to have one of your own die as the result of an ectopic pregnancy, or have to watch one of your own be forced to deliver a child when they are still a child themselves - but we know that will never happen, because you will find a way to circumvent the laws you have decreed others should live by.
I hope you live out your days forever hounded by those whose lives you have ruined, forever reminded that you attained the position you now hold as a result of openly perjuring yourselves in order to serve a political agenda contrary to the will of the people you are meant to serve.
I hope you never again know a good night's sleep, as you pray to your Christian god for respite from the never-ending clamour of those who know that your faux "religious beliefs" are as blatantly obvious as your self-serving hypocrisy.
You ignored the fact that The People have spoken loudly and clearly on the topic of abortion and a woman's right to choose.
Now you can try to ignore their voices every day for the rest of your miserable lives as they SHOUT YOU DOWN - forever and ever. Amen.

(98,883 posts)will get no sympathy from me. They are a disgrace to the judicial branch, and a disgrace to the Constitution, and the right to privacy.
They have flagrantly taken away the right of privacy and control over one's body, and they deserve the same consideration everytime they go out in public

I think that's what you meant to convey. And you are absolutely correct.

For several others, they will only view such attacks as a mark of pride - after all medieval saints had their tortures.
These people simply do not care.

(27,835 posts)... but they DO care about themselves. And that's the point.
Let them spend their days wondering if those protestors outside their door will turn violent, or if their next restaurant outing will be their last meal.

(28,386 posts)Which I find rather interesting. It means he has zero connection to future generations. His wife has never been pregnant, so he's never had to make any kind of hard decisions around pregnancy.
Don't know about the other justices.

(2,636 posts)at their confirmation hearings, they violated their oath of office and they prayed with Evangelical Baptists. Any of these should get them tossed out of office. If I lied on a job application and was caught lying, I would lose my job right away. Why hold these liars and betrayers of the Constitution to a higher standard?

Collateral damage since they're anonymous? I feel bad for innocent bystanders.

(27,835 posts)Don't go to restaurants frequented by traitors. If they arrive after you're already seated, cancel your order and leave.
If you're a neighbour, join the protestors - or move. Your house is probably unsellable right now, but you can always rent it to people who enjoy seeing traitors squirm.

(36,631 posts)I wouldn't advocate continuing protests through the night. Having rooms nearby would reduce travel time for protesters.
