If the DOJ is going to take action against trump

and the gang what time frame would be expected ?
When would we know if they are or are not or will we ever know ?

might not have the stones for it.

On the other hand, an indictment sets a precedent that could have unforeseen consequences. Tit for tat, revenge, highly partisan, etc.

But despite that, I think DOJ should indict.

Then afterwards, Congress needs to pass a slew of laws to keep shit like that from happening again.

It's not just Garland alone.

I am sure Garland has many people he can trust.

I believe he had surgery on July 7th and probably needed to recuperate a little.
