Why Does Manchin Think He's The President?

He should not be able to have more power over the democratic agenda than the freaking President does.

This is just insane. And WRONG. On so many levels.

They need to bring back the old filibuster regulations where you have to stay for hours if you want to fight anything.

I think senator shumer should call his bluff and put up a bill to see if he’d really vote something down. Worth a try.

Manchin really just represents his own personal interests...not the interests of the people of West Virginia!

Why would he vote for a bill that would raise his taxes and cause problems for the energy company...being run by his son...of which Manchin and his wife receive a total of a million dollars per year?

The truth is that he doesn't need lobbyist money to motivate him...but a little extra doesn't hurt!

He doesn’t like our bill? Why doesn’t he just write his own bill and we’ll see if we can vote on it. Has he ever put up any bills of his own?Of course knowing him he might put up a bill and then vote against it just to be contrary and to please Republicans
