10. Our police forces need military trianing

It needs to be pounded into their heads that a certain level of losses are to be expected and accepted. And that level of acceptable losses is higher when the mission is more critical. Saving the lives of children would be an example of a very critical mission and one where it would be acceptable for most of the responding police officers to be killed or wounded.
