Mildly annoyed or impatient, maybe. But frazzled because Erdogan is sending him some kind of message about Russian behavior? That really is a stretch. Why do people insist on seeing what's not there?

By the way, why is Erdogan even meeting with this monster, giving him the friendly greeting and handshake? That's the real scandal.
