hear bannon spewing on his podcast how he will not comply with a subpoena....

To the defense playing days worth of out takes from bannons show about it being a political attack?

I'm not a lawyer, but it would seem once his podcast was breached, the gates would be wide open.

He would get to play his entire library of conspiracy theories with no cross examination......
