It may be some time before there is a vacancy. Sure, something unexpected could cause a health issue for one of them, but I don't see any of the 6 conservative pricks willingly retiring while Joe is President.

I'm 56, and I wonder if I'll see a Democratic majority on the Court at any point in my remaining lifetime.
