He uses a slang, "thots" (had to look it up), that is more modern, but also uses the older dog-whistle, "Bolsheviks". It just shows the melding of old hate, new hate, creating a toxic stew. BTW, "Bolsheviks" can be, and is often used, by white supremacists, to mean "Jews."

Today, Ziegler is best known for publishing emails and documents from Hunter Biden’s hard drive (and a transcribed version of Ashley Biden’s journal) on his website.
