He's fully vaccinated and boostered. That cuts his chances of serious illness or needing hospitalization to nearly zero. He's in good health and doesn't appear to have any co-morbidities. He has first rate medical care. He'll follow his physician's orders and recommendations. He doesn't have Ronny Jackson for his doctor.

which is what I picture - he is working and dealing with the real things, rather than creating chaos and drama and seeking attention like a certain predecessor.
