Any good law firms out there that are willing to sue fox propaganda

in a class action for damages to their family unit caused by intentional misinformation daily by fox calling itself a news network ?
Fox should be forced to play a disclaimer every hour to inform viewers that it is an entertainment network only and should not be relied on as a legitimate news source..

The US, just about anything goes, free speech. If Joseph Goebbels, wanted to do a full time hit on the US, FFS, he would probably have free rein. Fox seduces ill-equipped individuals and then they spread it with group think. Really, Fox is an invasive force tearing apart the US. I often think of Fox as a soft terrorist organization. The US is really headed in a downward tail spin especially with this damn SCOTUS, and I seriously doubt any of this is going to end well. ... more like a totalitarian country with a dystopian society.

Fox is awful, but do you think the government should be able to shut down offensive speech? Who decides what's offensive?

Not to mention that the Fairness Doctrine didn’t regulate or suppress speech, which is what you’re asking for.

People who are now on Fox would be able to be on every other channel as well?

Or did you assume it would only go one way?

information. It is a mass media outlet and with that should go the responsibility of relatively accurate information. They say they're entertainment to skirt the issue, and that is BS.

labeling of and advertising in children's programming, equal time and charges for paid political campaign advertising, and various technical matters. Otherwise it does not regulate cable tv programs' content, and the Fairness Doctrine, when it was in effect, only applied to broadcast licenses, not cable TV.

Probably because lawyers at any good law firm are familiar with the first amendment and free speech law.

You might be able to find a bad or dishonest one to take a retainer payment though.

as long as it's about suppressing someone else's speech. It would also be nice if people would read the damn Constitution once in awhile.
