Early on I said I'd post DOJ's contact info so we can send letters and make calls when the hearings wrap up. The committee may not be done yet (indeed, they mentioned additional hearings in September), but it appears they might be done with this phase of presentations.

We have seen evidence of conspiracy - seditious conspiracy, conspiracy to defraud the U.S., we see evidence the orange asshole put Pence's life in danger, as well as everyone in the Capitol building, we see his utter dereliction of duty.

We now get to put pressure on the DOJ.

I think all of us should call or write letters. The more pressure we place on them, the harder it will be for them to find any excuse not to go after him with everything they've got. Remember, they hired additional staff. Let's put them to work!

Now that the bulk of the J6 committee's hearings have concluded, we have seen evidence of conspiracy - seditious conspiracy and conspiracy to defraud the U.S. We have seen evidence Trump put Pence's life in danger, as well as everyone in the Capitol building, and we have seen his utter dereliction of duty. We have seen him send an armed, violent mob to the Capitol to steal the presidency.

The J6 committee has shown We The People that everyone involved in this coup - and that includes members of Congress - has to be investigated and prosecuted, should the facts warrant it. Facts, not politics in service of We The People has to be your guiding principle. The rule of law has to be your guiding principle.

We cannot walk away from the most serious attack on the United States since its founding. Never in history has a losing president staged a violent coup to hang onto the presidency. People died. Our institutions have been severely wounded. We The People deserve better. We deserve accountability.

We deserve to know that you hold our institutions sacred.

We are watching. The entire world is watching. We expect prosecutions to make sure this never happens in this country again. Please serve America well with accountability for the most heinous crime ever to have been committed against America. Nothing less is acceptable.
