The point of the "shower clip" was to demonstrate that while a massive insurrection was happening at the Capitol, Kushner was so uninvolved that he took a shower!

Can you understand how pathetic that makes him? The country was under attack by a violent mob but Kushner decided to wash his hair. Ever hear of Nero fiddling while Rome burned? It's kind of the same disconnection from reality.
