Contempt of Congress convictions because of the division of powers. But this court might well be willing to make an exception.

on grounds of inadequate representation because his lawyer didn't put on a defense. That was probably their agreement. But isn't that collusion or something?

The fucking trial lasted 3 days.

Can't they just sentence him next week and be done with it?

I'm not holding my breath that he's going to get beyond the minimum, which I heard is 60 days.
