or maybe it was late enough he'd already had dinner.

It's hard to keep track of his record in wins and losses of endorsements, since he jumps on a winner's bandwagon late in the game if it looks like they'll win, and unendorses or claims he didn't endorse those who lose. I tried to keep track, and have him at about one win for every two losses at this point, but that's just a guess.
