Clark and Eastman: Could there be indictments coming soon?

When the feds get a judge to sign off on a warrant to raid your house, confiscate your phone, that means there is evidence of a crime. They have the goods on you.

Usually, indictments follow in short order. I am hoping this happens before the election season starts. Once the election season starts we probably will not see any indictments, arrests until after the election ends.

were carried out by agents from the IG's office.

“The federal agents identified themselves as FBI agents, but they appeared to be executing a warrant issued at the behest of the Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,” Eastman’s lawyer, Charles Burnham, wrote in the 13-page filing.

The IG will have to make a criminal referral to DOJ, correct me if I'm wrong.
