This was an unforced error by Willis, but will have no long term effect on the investigation.

In this case, Willis was supporting and fundraising for Jones' D opponent. She should've known better.

(79,440 posts)Yes, I watched the hearing. Willis erred in appearing at a fund-raiser for the Democrat. The judge's ruling was correct, and would have been quickly over-turned if he decided differently. However, it is not as bad as it may seem, as there are others that can take over the investigation.
