I remember management strategy meetings where we’d do SWOT analysis to evaluate and prioritize strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Dejoy is a glaring threat. The Postal Service as a target is a threat. With the “success” Republicans have had sabotaging the Postal Service it will remain a target for election interference.

I sure hope somebody who matters is doing something right now to come up with some long-term solutions to these threats because a LOT is at stake.

1. It took 21 days for my car payment to go from Los Angeles to Chicago.

Usually, it takes 3-5 days. I got hit with a $45 late payment fee. When I called Ford Credit, they reversed it. Apparently it happens a lot. They suggested I switch to automatic bank account deduction.

Of course, this is what De Joy wants: get people to stop using the mail. I refuse to give up on the US Post Office.

7. I pay all bills online the minute they arrive in the mail. The problem is the occasional REALLY late

late mail like the tax bill. Now that I think about it, the water bill is also often late and both come from the same city administrative offices. So maybe the office is at fault. I’m going to contact the city and just inform them of this so that it may go on record in case I have future problems.
