So in states with no exceptions for rape...

...a married woman could be raped and impregnated by someone not her spouse and be forced to give birth to another man's baby. Wonder how that's gonna go over? And think about all the women, especially military spouses who've been raped. I personally know two of them, one was gang raped. Both were raped by men not their spouse. So if they were impregnated in one of these states (providing the military stops providing abortion care), our members of the military will be forced to raise another man's child. Gee what that must do to a male ego, I mean...given than folks in these states don't give a damn about the female victims of these crimes.

And the women, according to KKKonservative fuckheads, should try to see the blessing in it.

5. Death is God's will, with the (posssible) blessing of Heaven

As it is not uncommon to hear, "My Grandma survived the car accident that killed four", because God's will.
If God saves, so also does God will death.

A good Christian should welcome death and Heaven, unless they fear (know) they have not been good enough or don't trust God enough.
Anyone Christian carrying a gun is denying God.

Can't have it both ways. God is either fully engaged in every outcome, or fully disengaged. Any half-way means a God of preferences and thus limitations (smallness).

Edit: My post addresses the metaphysical, the OP is about the psychological.

12. And none of them ever acknowledge the trauma to the mother, the child, the families of both.

Someone in my family was raped and forced to give the baby up for adoption. The mother is 70 now and the child would be in her early 50s.

Neither of them has reached out to find the other using DNA, probably because the baby was mixed-race. But the trauma in our family . . . not to mention the trauma of the adopted child.

The right-wingers are always promoting adoption as if there were no long-term consequences. Monsters.

You have the pleasure of telling them their father was a rapist, or was also their grandfather. At least PRE- Roe *this* didn't usually happen.

7. It will be interesting to see how the military deals with this shit.

I also know someone that was sexually assaulted in the military and it is rampant. She went to a group, created by the military for females in the military who have been assaulted. They know full well what a problem this all is.

Maybe they will make more constructive efforts to combat it now that a baby might be the end result.
