out of curiosity, what happens to Ivana's remains when trump sells the golf course

Is he planning to own Bedminster forever? Is he planning to be buried there too? What about Melania? Is this going to be a thruple plot????

What if the new owners of the golf course don't want her there? Isn't he worried how they might mistreat her resting place?????

He might even try it w/ other golf courses if the tax codes are good enough. Disgusting

A lot of people keep their loved one's ashes in their homes: can they get a tax break for a mini-cemetery? And what if they're renters - is it the presence of the remains what makes it a cemetery, or is ground required? New Jersey has had European settlers for at least 300 years: if someone buys land that has a burial on it can they claim the tax break, or does this only apply to officially recognized cemeteries, whatever those are? Or do you have to be an Orange Bloviator to get this tax break?

350+ years. Repug for decades, entitled and insular. Silly high property values and taxes. Lots of land. A few folks threw out a few sheep onto their property for the farmland deduction. I'm surprised that the clowns who run Rumson haven't come up with the cemetery scam -- yet.

I suspect it is loaded with debt and other owners so they wouldn't have much chance to do anything but move their mother and let the place go.

Whenever Slobfather kicks off, the line to see the terms of his will will be alnost as long as the lines to see his estate.

One of my little dreams is to have one of his kids sitting at his deathbed telling him how broke he is, and how everyone will know when he is dead.

Can I be buried on my private property?

"No. The only place that burial can take place in New Jersey is on land that is dedicated for cemetery purposes. For your property to be used for burial, you would have to apply to the New Jersey Cemetery Board for a Certificate of Authority to operate as a "cemetery company."

I would imagine that the area Trump designated on his property as a gravesite is now officially owned by his cemetery company. Should he sell the land, it would still be considered a cemetery and protected by state laws. Just a guess.
