Putin weaponizing migration

Just saw a guest on The Reidout mention that Putin is weaponizing migration in Europe. Made me wonder if he had his hands in the increase in migration at the Soutern Border over the last few years. During the Obama years, border crossings decreased. This is not a pro or con border crossing argument. It just made me think, he had his hands in Brexit as much as he had his hands in the 2016 election. If he’s trying to flood migrants into European countries to destabilize Europe, who’s to say he’s not doing it here?
I don’t know what’s worse, him weaponizing real humans, or him knowing that his tactic could work due to the bigotry and white supremacy that still exists in Europe?
