I am sick and tired of listening to people say, "these purges smell." That's like saying I think our baby pooped his pants when that smell erupts. No, you don't think our baby pooped, you know our baby pooped.

It doesn't matter if the purging was deliberate or incompetent, not preserving government data is a crime.

Can we at least start the discussion by saying, someone broke the law and we need to find out who was involved? Not investigating all of the purging, smells.

1. Of course they are guilty. Of course Trump is guilty.

We have seen the evidence with our own eyes.

And we now know what we actually saw is only the tip of the iceberg.

Detectives don't believe in coincidences and neither should we.

The real question is what are we going to do about it?

Do the American people have the political will to fight for justice?

We don't have the political will to demand an end to gun violence.
Or fight for vaccines and masks during a global pandemic.
Or protect teachers, public health workers, etc. under attack.

2. You say how I feel, in a nice way.

I can't take the 2 systems of justice, no not about rich v poor, Democrat v Republican. The FBI investigated Hillary for 1 year and then absolved her. Bill Barr appointed a special prosecutor to dig up dirt on the Bidens and put in guard rails so he can't be fired.

We have an honorable AG who worries about appearing to be partisan when one political party is actively working to destroy our democracy. I consider not being partisan, being partisan.

3. We have to face facts. The reality is difficult to digest.

The GOP elite appear to operate with impunity.

They are no longer a political party, but a band of ruthless sociopaths who will do anything, and I mean anything, in their quest for total permanent power and access to all US financial assets.

The GOP doesn't even hide their alliance with Putin, they want in the US what Putin has in Russia.

The point is to create chaos and division and totally demoralize the US population.

One million covid deaths due to deliberate strategy, school children slaughtered on a regular basis.
Now women are placed under draconian control and subjugation. The roll back not just on women's rights but POC and LGBT as well.

Destruction of American institutions, pubic health, education, etc.
Rule now is by Supreme Court junta.

How is this not a war being waged against the American people?

This is shock and awe, designed to make us docile, subservient and desensitized to what is happening. Right out of the Hitler, Stalin playbook.

And a big chunk of the American people are just fine with this. As long as they get the promised white male christian minority rule they are fine with the rest of it.

Putin has been working this divide and conquer strategy in the US for decades, right out of the KGB handbook and the very same thing the CIA has done in countries we don't like. We were silly to think it could not happen here.

Now all Putin and China have to do is sit back and watch America destroy itself. The oldest military strategy in the world, going back to Roman times. Start a civil war and let your enemy fight each other. Putin gives the GOP what they want, installs his puppets at the highest levels. Putin and China and now emboldened to fight a shooting war and shift global power to their favor.

Connect the dots. It is not a pretty picture.

THE RUSSIAN PLAN

While legislators and DOJ investigate a failed coup attempt at the Capitol, a successful coup has overtaken the USSC, which is dismantling the Constitution in an effort concerted with right-wing domestic terrorists, the GOP, oligarchs, Christian Nationalists and others, a Mitchavillian (!) scheme that follows the Russian strategy to divide and destroy the United States:

Simply put, Normalize hate and violence. Stochastic terrorism. Bring down elected government and democratic processes. This was also seen in 30’s Germany,

We are in a state of emergency, and are today divided into slave and free states.

The suspected instigator and supporter, Russia, has proven itself to be a third-rate power, relying on agents within the U.S. who sabotage the U.S. with acts of terrorism, insurrection and sedition, a second civil war.


Pieces of the puzzle fit perfectly. They involve: The RW shift from issues to outright terrorism and Russian messaging, Russia’s dependence on oil, their State-Adopted Religion and white dominance, long-term plans to annex Ukraine, divisive “bot” posts on social media, a major news outlet praising Putin, sponsorship of NRA to encourage mob rule, fear and domestic terrorism over constitutional government. BACKGROUND:
HOW DO WE KNOW THIS?

When you start with the premise that Russia has instigated a campaign of disruption in the U.S. to bolster its aims, ALL the pieces fit together perfectly.

1. The conservative movement took a hard swing right from its Limbaugh days of conservative issues and hate to pure hate and destruction. This coincides with the breakup of the Soviet Union. Anti-Soviet messaging ceased.

2. Russia’s economy is extremely oil-dependent. Oil interests control many legislators, and reap massive subsidies and favors.

3. Russia is an Orthodox “Christian in name only”, mostly white state. The church blesses nuclear warheads and Putin has declared his intention to expand his White Christian Nationalism.

4. Putin wants Ukraine. Arguably, that is the cause of his interference in the 2015 election to install an asset as president and weaken NATO, effectively delivering him Ukraine.

5. Bots spread lies and divisive messages to get Americans to fight one another.

6. A major news outlet repeatedly praises Putin, when there’s nothing apparent to gain by doing so. On the surface, anyway.

7; Russia financed and infiltrated the NRA with the goal of replacing constitutional government with mob rule, and domestic terrorism.

8. It is the M.O. of fiends to get people to believe in causes that are against their own best interest.

9. And yet! When a dictator takes power, their beloved “freedom fighters” become their biggest threat, so AWAY WITH YOUR GUNS. Courts that destroyed constitutional law to put them in place become useless baggage, so SAY GOODBYE.

10. The abortion issue is just the first volley. They have others at the ready, and are working top-down and bottom-up to destroy constitutional rights, the constitution and the country, and hand it over.

5. Most excellent work.

Right now the GOP shock and awe is designed to prevent connecting all the dots.

We are so outraged and horrified on a weekly basis, we have a hard time seeing the bigger picture.

I am also going to read the links you posted and comment on those.

You should add the China piece. China will be a 21st century superpower.
It is partnering with Russia. Russia will have control over the West, China the East.
All the pieces are in place for them to shift global power.
We can feel the tectonic plates moving under our feet.

What's signal and what's noise are hard to pick out, with so much subterfuge going on.

9. Probably not too hard to guess.

At least we can make some stabs at it.

And yes there is a lot of kabuki theater everywhere right now.
You kind of have to peel away the crapola to get to the meat.

Fortunately human psychology is fairly predictable.
And it manifests in a similar way even factoring in cross cultural issues.

China partnered with Russia, they have the same goal for world power.
It seems clear that the plans were carefully made and orchestrated.

For decades Putin has been weakening western democracies, and been quite successful.
China has helped in this goal as well. They both were quite emboldened, the US is a hot mess internally. Europe weakened a great deal as well.

China and Russia must obtain regional control first on their quest for global power.
Russia gets Ukraine, China Taiwan. Showing the world they mean business and no one can stop them.

Putin should have been able to do a lightening strike on Kyiv quickly. At least on paper.
But really screwed it up. The world was horrified at the huge number of civilian casualties including the rape and murder of three year olds. Of course the longer it drags on, the worse the optics.
Putin looks weak, desperate and not in control. The Russian military certainly does not match its strength on paper.

And Xi was most certainly shocked at the swift unified western financial sanctions. He thought Putin's invasion would all be over before the west blinked. Both Russia and China badly underestimate Biden's resolve. I am not surprised to have seen Biden go all Irish on Putin, using a combination of charm and bar fighting to unify the west and get money and arms to Ukraine. (A combination I am quite aware of as an ethnic trait.)

Xi has a number of serious internal financial crises going on. He is also spending a lot of money around the world building infrastructure and buying friends. And now he is financially supporting Russia. What Xi hoped would be a true partnership is looking more like another pain in the ass North Korea.

At any rate the sanctions must scare Xi and he has to re-think his Taiwan strategy. But make no mistake he had to have noticed Putin scared the west a great deal with the nuclear threats. So Xi knows he can get the US over a barrel too.

Xi will get Taiwan, it has to do so to declare regional control over the East. It is just a matter of when not if.

Just damn glad that the U. S. is making progress coming back from the internal and external sabotage

And let's keep that recovery going, and purge the system of saboteurs. It all has to start at home.

11. The world power struggle is what is driving the politics in the US right now.

So we cannot separate the two.

The GOP has aligned with Russia, they want what Putin has in Russia.
Total permanent power and control of all state financial assets.

Putin and Xi want a world that is autocratic and fascist with a modified free market economy.
The GOP is handing that to them in the US on a platter.

The GOP gives the racist voters a white, male christian minority rule.
Just enough legitimate voters to hide the cheating to install the nut jobs in office.

If we don't put all the puzzle pieces together and get the big picture, we will not accomplish much here in the US. Because Russia, China and the GOP are deadly serious and will not be defeated easily.

12. I've had many of the same thoughts cross my mind.

One thought at the top of the list is...what is the true connection between Xi and Putin? World control. NATO may be making them nervous. Imagine all those countries hitting you at once. WOW! I would think that one path to follow is to always keep those two off balance. (I thought Putin was seriously ill. He's still well enough to be ornery.)

I think the world fears the nuclear situation. If Putin is ever on the death bed for real, I could see him pushing the button. What's he got to lose?

That is their connection.

Putin wants a legacy of reuniting the former USSR and grabbing world power.
He might not want to literally blow it up by starting a nuclear war.
