I am not obsessed with Trump doing prison time. I want to see him lose everything that he cares about, especially after years of him destroying the lives of other people. Money, power, and prestige swept away, but he will keep the "fame" part. More like infamous though - no one will ever forget him and no one should.

Everything he hates and fears will become his reality and he will only be getting what he earned. May he wear the tag "loser" to his grave. Yeah, I'm thinking of it as a movie plot!

Outside in the real world, he would have lost all his power and no one would care anymore. Even his family would desert him and as for friends, well he never really had any of those, just sycophants who used him like he uses people. The phone never rings and children mock him in the streets. He could still watch cable TV all day hoping to see his name or face, but except for an occasional joke at his expense or another tell-all book, he would be hoping in vain.

His health would decline rapidly and he would require a homecare nurse (ideally Black, Hispanic, or Middle eastern women). He would rant and rave at the television, but there is no one to listen, aside from his nurse who would just mock him and make him beg for his Diet Coke. The possibilities are endless, but the jackass will probably have a stroke or a heart attack and die before we can witness justice.

I am beginning to have some hope...but let's not forget that Iran Contra began to get close to Raygun and Billy Barr swooped in to suggest pardons. And that same gang, or it's political offspring including Barr, have us Wand TFG.

Until someone of note faces real felony time plea deal or convictions, we are just incarcerating idiots who fought the rich guys war.

I am more hopeful than I was 4 months ago, but if we lose the midterm elections, what happens?

If Georgia for example goes all maga at the state level, would they stop the Willis led investigation?

This is WHY slow worries those of us who want justice but know the history of the high level rethugs who never faced consequences....
