The resemblance would be close to complete. Trouble is, with him, there's not much to laugh about. As it is, it took 60 years before Germany could laugh about the car leasing contract:

It was dubbed by a Bavarian comedian, and the translation isn't very well done, but you get the idea. Modern day Germans, of course, were in hysterics, which is a good thing. If a similar thing were done with Trump, about a third of the American electorate would be looking for the party who made the video, hoping to throw firebombs through their windows at 3 A.M.
