1. Doubtful. That arrogant prick wouldn't have thought to go that far;

it never occurred to him that the FBI would ever search his place. Anyhow, as the ex-husband he had no right to control the disposition of Ivana's remains; the spawn would have had to deal with that. And they never expected the FBI either.
