If we can somehow confirm the nuclear story, then I think it would be the time. There is no way he can survive the mishandling (giving him a lot of benefit of a doubt) of nuclear documents.

Even when criminal types and traitors haven't taken over the conservative party and their voters aren't inserting criminals into every level and place of government.

With every state and national election, HUGE POWER is given into the hands of those the majorities choose.

To have good government, WE have to elect people of good character, judgment and competence.

There are other giant power blocs not in government that electorates can't control directly, such as business and religious groups; for that we need elected representatives willing and able to use the regulatory and other powers we give them to the benefit of all.

Now we're back to "he's not moving as fast as --I-- think he should!!!"

Would any other armchair prosecutors like to weigh in?

that is my opinion...
Iam not an attorney nor an arm chair prosecutor but a citizen of the United States that has had enough of watching this con man continue to committ crime after crime and no recourse to speak of.

The Watergate break-in occurred in early 1972. The major obstruction of justice prosecutions didn't happen until 1974. Of course that was without an internet to allow people to whine about how DOJ was "dragging its feet".

the crimes trump commits on an almost daily basis make watergate look like petty theft.
Sorry to seem negative this morning but a nuclear threat to this country is where the line should be drawn.

Do we even know the nature of the docs, IF the story is true?

How about waiting for the warrant and property list is released before jumping to conclusions.

And all of their crimes were far simpler than Trump’s complex morass of evil doings.

What was your point again?

Garland is too slow for your limited patience?

But they’re not, and Garland doesn’t GAF what you or I think.

He’s got more important things to do, like running the first ever prosecution of a former president.
