A lot of questions this morning.

For example, why did the DOJ (FBI) wait so long if they knew there were sensitive documents at Trump's compound?

At first, at the request of the National Archives, they gave Mr Trump a subpoena to turn over the documents. He turned over 15 boxes to them. But, that was not all of them. I suspect that may have been a crime?

Then they tried to negotiate with him to get the remaining documents. They knew then that he did have possession of the boxes of documents. After 60 days and nothing from Trump, they decided to go in discreetly and seize them. It was a question of national security.

It seems to have been a cat and mouse game between the Cult Leader and the FBI, with the FBI trying to preserve the evidence.

But another question that I have?

Has he already gotten rid of some of the documents? He certainly had the time and the opportunity as the FBI seemed to be frozen with indecision.

Did he sell the secrets to Saudi already? Is the FBI a day late and many secrets short?

Some issues require drastic measures, and this appears to have been one of them.

We’ll know more today when the warrant is unsealed but I’m not taking any of the reporting so far too seriously, eg “nuclear documents”, because as far as I’ve seen it’s been based on “former FBI agent speculates what might have happened” kind of investigating.

I’m sure a lot more will be clear today and in coming days.

tRump was never even close to being presidential...he is a leader of the Coup de' tah on the USA....

He lies with every breath and is thrilled to orgasm every time he disrupts democracy...

So, no sense in trying to perform a microdissection on any of Garland's actions. Garland and Biden are faced with trying to save America....

Let's help them...I really don't have any questions regarding timing at this point because I don't have the information they have....

tRump had 4 years to destroy our country...He infected every government agency with his goons....We currently are only trying to keep our heads above the water...

Perhaps they awaited actual accessing of the documents, or actual dispensing? Mere possession might be dismissed as circumstantial, but actual proffers to willing buyers would constitute espionage.

But when he said “no, I don’t know anything about the papers”, they had to make sure he had them and they had to be 100% where he had them? That’s were the flipping of an associate came in?

If they went in and came out with nothing? Well, I hate to see the repercussions would have been?

Build a case that is 100% solid is only way they could have played this and it does take time.
